1. Overview

This website, get-kindred.com, is operated by Kindred ("Kindred", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits the website or buys from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, and to the policies linked here: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment Methods. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products to you.

2. Using our website

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with its security or operation, including by uploading viruses or other harmful code.

3. Our products

Kindred products are cosmetics for external use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Always read the label, directions and warnings before use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product, and speak to a doctor or dermatologist if you have questions about your skin.

We do our best to show our products, colors and packaging accurately, but screens vary and packaging may change slightly over time. Results differ from person to person.

4. Prices, bundles and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, bundle offers and product availability may change at any time without notice. Bundle savings, such as Buy 1, Get 1 Free and Buy 2, Get 3 Free, are applied automatically at checkout. Promotions can't be combined unless we say so, and we may end or change a promotion at any time. We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud or reselling. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address and shipping address, so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.

6. Payment

Orders are paid in full at checkout using the methods listed on our Payment Methods page. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

7. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Processing and delivery times, shipping options and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Refunds

Our 30-day "We'll Make It Right" promise and how to request a refund or replacement are explained in our Refund Policy.

9. Reviews, comments and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in any medium without payment to you. You confirm your content is yours, is truthful, and doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Third-party links and tools

Our website may link to, or use tools provided by, third parties (for example payment, shipping and review providers). We aren't responsible for third-party websites, content or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11. Errors

Occasionally the website may contain typos, inaccuracies or omissions, including in product descriptions, prices, promotions and shipping times. We may correct them, and update or cancel orders affected by them, at any time, including after you've placed an order.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Kindred name and logo, text, images, graphics and designs, belongs to Kindred or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

13. Disclaimer

We don't guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Except as stated in our policies and as required by law, the website and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kindred and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kindred harmless from any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website and your purchases.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. The version shown here when you place an order applies to that order. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept them.
