Our 30-Day "We'll Make It Right" Promise

We want you to love your Kindred. If your Kindred perfume doesn't live up to your expectations, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How it works

• Email info@get-kindred.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, the email address you used for the order, a short note on what didn't work for you, and a quick photo of the product.
• Our team will reply and work with you to make it right.

Depending on your situation, we may offer:

• Tips on how to wear your perfume for better results
• A replacement if something was wrong with your bottle
• A full refund if it just isn't for you
• Another solution that leaves you happy

Please talk to us before sending anything back

In most cases you won't need to return the product at all. If we do need it back, we'll email you clear instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't match unannounced parcels to an order and it may delay your refund.

Refunds

If a refund is the best solution, we process it within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid, including any bundle savings.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to return the damaged item.

Cancelling or changing an order

Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel or change an order until it ships (orders ship within 1-2 business days). Once it has shipped, the 30-day promise above still applies.

Where you bought it

This policy covers orders placed on get-kindred.com. We can't help with products bought from other sellers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on this page when you placed your order applies to that order.
