How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check on it any time on our Track Order page.
Can I change my order or address?
Send us a message as soon as you can. Add your order number and choose Change my order or address as the topic, and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
How do I use the cream?
Once a day, after your shower, on clean and dry skin. Smooth a thin layer over rough or red areas and leave it on. It absorbs in seconds with no sticky residue, so you can get dressed right away.
Where can I use it?
On the rough bumps and red dots of keratosis pilaris: upper arms, thighs, legs and butt. It's made for strawberry legs too. It's a body cream, so keep it off your face.
What's in the cream?
Five actives: 6% glycolic acid, 0.5% salicylic acid and 2% niacinamide, plus lactic acid and urea. It's fragrance-free, vegan and cruelty-free, and free from parabens, sulfates and phthalates.
